Most commonly asked questions:

Q. What is your minimum order quantity?
A. – We don’t have a minimum order quantity, however the more labels you order the cheaper the price per label will become.

Q. What type of labels do I need?
A. – The questions you need to ask yourself include:
1. How many labels do I need?
2. Do I need my labels to be square, rectangular, round, oval or some other shape?
3. Are my labels going to be used inside or outside?
4. Do they need to be waterproof?
5. Do my labels need to last for a few months or a few years?
6. Do I need my labels to peel off without leaving a mark or have permanent adhesive so that they can't be removed very easily?
7. Will they be applied to the product by hand or a label applicator machine?

However if you are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to help/advise.

Q. What are your delivery times?
A. – We use DPD next day delivery service and Royal Mail Special next day delivery for all orders. As a general rule, we tell clients the our lead time is '5-7 working days' from order confirmation. This allows for production of artwork (and any subsequent changes), production of plates, delivery of any materials to us, printing and despatching your order. This can of course vary depending on the volume of orders currently in production and the time of year so please send us an email to info@acornprintlabels.co.uk to find out our current lead time.

Q. How can I pay for my labels?
A. – Customers can pay by BACS. For new customers, we will request payment in advance of printing your labels for your first order only. For existing customers, we will send you an invoice with our BACS details on, once your labels have been delivered. You then have up to 28 days after the invoice has been sent to pay.

Q. How much will my labels cost?
A. – How much you pay for your labels will depend on:
1. The quantity of labels you need.
2. The size of the labels
3. The material the labels need to be printed on
4. How durable the labels need to be?
5. Whether you are wanting a digital print or foil print (or both).
6. Whether you are supplying your own artwork or whether you would like us to design it for you.

All of these points will affect how much you pay for your labels. The best way to find out a price is to complete our ‘Get a quote’ submission form or by sending us an email to info@acornprintlabels.co.uk
